Max Pattenden is a photographer based in the South West of England, making work that investigates the relationships between time, identity and landscape. Upon graduating from the University of Plymouth, he has received The Greg O'Shea Memorial Award for Outstanding Practice, and has been shortlisted for the Portrait of Britain Volume 8. Pattenden is currently creating new work for ‘Men May Come and Men May Go But I Go On Forever’, alongside a new series ‘Epidermis’, upon receiving this year’s Eamonn McCabe Bursary from The Royal Photographic Society in partnership with The Guardian.
